I recently completed an MSc in Data and AI Ethics at the Edinburgh Futures Institute. My thesis focused on tensions between the UK's Online Safety Act and the Digital Markets, Competition, and Consumers Act, and how Ofcom and the CMA can best co-ordinate to improve trust & safety on future decentralised social networks. You can read it here.
Last summer, I completed my final exams at the University of Oxford, taking papers in: philosophy of cognitive science, ethics, ethics of AI & Digital technology, general linguistics, theoretical syntax, phonetics & phonology, and philosophy of mind. My 8th paper was a philosophy thesis, on intelligent responsibility.
